Shop location and stocks
Our primary shop address for shipping is : Charlotte, North Carolina .
Also we have a lot of product stocking in USA and EUROPE, so when we receive an order we usually try to ship the item from the Closest stock in USA for USA, CANADA buyers and Closest places in EUROPE for EUROPE, worldwide buyers .
Custom and personalized orders
Please note that you can Customize any products in our shop (apparel, jewelry, mugs, digital prints ....) You can add your name, text, design or picture, we will give you a picture of the product after personalisation to see exactly it's look like, so please don't hesitate to contact me for anything.
And not that Personalized items can't be returned.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time we are unable to offer gift wrap or personal notes in the packages .
I haven't received my item, or my item is broken or damaged !!!

It can happen time to time, for a variety of reasons that may or may not have been under my control.
Contact me with your Order # , take real pictures of the item in your hands, write details of the issue and I'll help you resolve the problem by the best solution .

Can I cancel an order that has been placed?
After the order is placed, the production process begins immediately and cannot be undone.
So, unfortunately, I can't cancel the order for you after it has been placed.
If you need to update a shipping address, I can do that for you as long as the item hasn't shipped yet .
How are my items shipped?
Generally the items will be shipped by DHL or USPS, depending on the buyers location and real-time shipping quotes.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in different shipments. Tracking numbers and carrier information will be sent to you after it is confirmed .
How long does it take to get my order?
It generally takes between 3-7 business days to produce the item. Each item is designed and handmade in the US, and checked before they are shipped out.
Shipping times varies depending on the destination and the item types .

Copyright files
All design and ideas about my art are unique and i create them from scratch .
the existing design, text, tittles, descriptions or pictures are note copyright, and i will never upload an copyright item in my shop .

About custom order, if you give a copyright file (design, text or pictures) i will check it firt if its not yours i cant print it in my products, but if i don't know that your file is copyright you will shoulder all the law responsibilities if i face any problems with an person, shop or a company .
